"The breakfast was a complete let down.. I am a Pescatarian, no fish/ Salmon available.. no beans , no hash browns, no plant based foods available.. For the price, a complete con.. , The reception staff, not very helpful, the Porter, just want to get you a taxi, so they earn commission… The house keeping staff , the lady who cleaned the room, were very nice.. Also the pool/ Gym opens at 10am- 10pm… most people want to use before they start there days… steam wasnt working.. aHave to buy a cap, if you want to use pool… Ask the receptionist, about any nice places to eat, totally unhelpful.. porter, ai felt was rude, asking the reception about costs for shuttle, Porter says you have to talk to me… he was worried about his commission.. wanted 45 Euros.. got a yellow taxi outside the hotel for 32 Euro to IST.. It was because the short porter was rude , I decided to not go for shuttle.. then made enquiries for the Taxi, and saved money.."

It was so dirty and the room was disgusting anytime we left we came back there were ants all over the room floor, and ontop of that they cleaned every 3rd day. The washroom was disgusting very poor condition, service was very poor. The location was terrible honestly there is no transportation by bus you have to get a taxi everytime you want to go to taksim square and go from there, the reviews showed it was walking distance but it was about 20 min and walk up a very steep hill. In all my hotel experiences this was probably the worst one ever. I do not recommend at all. Would not go back."

The BREAKFAST - bounty array of fresh dishes, and made to order stations that cater to every craving; premium quality of food, bread, fruits and drinks, simply unbeatable price! The LOUNGE ACCESS is a magnificent view to landmarks with affordable value for all they provide- the curated drink menu and gourmet small plates not to mention the artisan pastries, made me feel like VIP! The SPA & The POOL The Starbucks next door. We were ASTONISHED by all the beauty of the hotel (better than Central Park’s NY hotels). The videos & website’s hotel cannot capture the magnificent views, the superb hospitality all the staff who provided a royal treatment in a sophisticated atmosphere!
