Looked like a brand new hotel. They were finishing the landscaping. Everything was very clean. Our room and the common area were very tastefully done. The breakfast was was good but it did seem as if there were a few people walking around in their pajamas. I thought staff could be wearing uniforms so we could tell who they are.

This was the cutest little boutique hotel we have stayed in! It was clean, and perfectly located downtown to everything Mankato Marathon related- the expo, bus stop to the start line, and the finish line. We loved the mid-century vibe and minimalist design. There was a cute little mini fridge in our room and a microwave in the communal coffee bar area. This was absolutely perfect for bringing all my pre and post-race food. They have coffee and tea available 24/7, and there were two little...

It was mostly excellent. The only slight concern I had was that the front entrance driveway was under construction, which was fine in itself. However, we arrived in the dark, and it was not clear or bright enough to say this is the actual entrance to the building. Make people feel welcome at the front door with brighter signs or something to ensure we were in the right place, was too dark, especially with the construction hazards, could've easily stepped off a sidewalk Crack or...

The staff was very welcoming and cooperative. They tried to get the best deal available for me. The room was great! Lots of space, very clean and organized. No bad hotel odors.
Breakfast wasn't always set up completely at 6:00, and there weren't many options, but you can't complain about a free breakfast!

Everything was clean and tidy even while it was apparent some updates were about to happen. The hot tub was a lovely luxury. The evening front desk reception was earnest and especially pleasant. The breakfast was hot and comprehensive in both hot and cold options.
