This uptown neighborhood is serine, characterized by its charming architecture, and a strong sense of community. The area features a mix of historic homes and modern residences, each with unique designs that reflect the neighborhood's rich heritage.

Guest will use a keypad with self check-in instructions sent via ABNB. This property is fenced-in with a private entrance and parking on the back side of this property.

This is an artist studio which the artist will change the look of the room every three months, however our amenities will remain the same for the comfort of our guest.

Incredibly unique and artistic apartment

We saw this listing and wondered if it could be as cool as it looked, and it absolutely was. We spent the night in April when we were in town for an event, and it was just outside the business of the historic district but very close in proximity, leading to a quiet rest after spending the evening out. The decor is so well done and we had a great time staying here. The art is amazing and everything is done with attention to detail. On top of decor, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was so nice and everything was very clean. The TV worked well and there was space for eating in if you like. One major advantage was private parking, which was easy to access and use. All in all we had a terrific time and highly recommend a stay. Communication and response time with any questions is prompt and it’s clear this apartment is lovingly cared for with guests in mind.
