It is listed as a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom. The HOUSE is a 2 bed 2 bathroom and the other “bedroom and bathroom” were in the backyard across the grass in an outbuilding. We went as a girls group and no one wanted to stay back there because it smelled of mold and didn’t feel safe and we wanted to be together. The listing isn’t accurate or should have noted this.The house has been redone nicely and the backyard set up is amazing. The neighborhood is very sketchy and the neighbor across the corner would sit outside screaming profanities which was unsettling. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need and the house was clean. The clothes washer has visible mold inside which was gross. We also couldn’t get the refrigerator to cool and the settings buttons were broken. Also the fan in the back bedroom didn’t work either.The pool and outdoor area saved our happiness for our stay. We all feel the listing was not accurate or fair to say it has more bedrooms and bathrooms than are actually IN the house. It referred to a “back bedroom” but never in my life would I have through it wasn’t even part of the house.
