Beyond the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas oven, Viking double door refrigerator and breakfast bar. A door leads out to the fenced in backyard, perfect for grilling and chilling! The backyard also hosts an outdoor shower, perfect to rinse off after the beach.

The 1/2 bath under the stairs is easy access for the downstairs. Head upstairs to the primary bedroom suite. The expansive bedroom offers a king bed, smart tv, large closets, one with space for a crib, a extra large twin day bed and desk area. The primary bedroom also has it`s own ensuite bathroom with large sink and vanity area, oversized tub and shower combo. The large laundry room area sits between the primary bedroom and the secondary bedroom.

The second bedroom boasts a queen bed, smart tv, built in desk, large closet, private balcony and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has private closed off commode from the vanity sink area and tub/shower combo. Make your way to the third floor. Very spacious open floor plan with second living space, smart tv, mini fridge, large closet spaces, partial wall to close off to extra-large twin day bed area, full bathroom with walk in shower. The couch in the living space is a pull-out bed. Walk out to the rooftop deck with hot tub, lounge area and views of the ocean.
