Anastasia 111 is a newly renovated, garden-level condo, where you can walk right from your back door, across the lawn, and onto the beautiful beach. This peaceful oasis also includes a private Florida room, where you can relax after a day spent lounging on the sand or strolling through downtown St. Augustine.

This ground-floor condo was renovated in 2020 and new A/C added in early 2025, offering everything you'll need for a memorable stay! The kitchen has all the essentials for preparing homemade meals, and it flows seamlessly into the open dining area and light-filled living room. Right off the back patio is an expansive grassy area, where the kids can play catch or a game of frisbee. Additional amenities include two bedrooms, free WiFi, cable service, a full-size washer/dryer, and beach towels.

You won't be indoors for long with all that St. Augustine has to offer, including the Alligator Farm, nightly ghost tours, and a sunset cruise on a pirate ship, all within a few minutes' drive.

Founded almost 450 years ago, St. Augustine has an astonishing history for a country barely half its age. The city is known for its many historic charms, a gorgeous port, and Ponce de Leon's famous Fountain of Youth. While there's plenty for adults to enjoy, even kids will love racing around old cobblestone streets filled with tales of pirates and plunder. Here on Florida's Atlantic side, football fans will love the proximity to Gainesville and Jacksonville. Exciting Daytona Beach is also nearby.

Great location not so great stay

Location is fantastic would love to visit again. The condo on the other had would not recommend and had so many problems I would have left immediately upon entering if I could have gotten in touch with someone and had them come and see the issues we encountered. May have other condos in this location that are not as bad but this stay has left us with a distaste for returning to this location. The one and only time out of all our travels and using vacasa that we were completely disappointed.

I was very disappointed in this condo, it was for the most part clean but upon opening the drawers in the kitchen to get ready for dinner there were live roaches. I have spoken with representatives/managers about the matter but nothing was done to accommodate my stay. I don’t feel it was very fair to pay full price with bugs present. Also I have four children and the sliding glass doors to the outside have a broken latch so they do not lock which is concerning for anyone with small children. And the front desk was not present at all until late in the day Tuesday and were very dismissive and rude when I requested my parking pass so I wouldn’t get towed while on vacation in a city I do not reside in. My check in was 4 o’clock on a Monday and the office closes at 3:00 that day so I had to wait until Tuesday afternoon to get a parking pass.

Very nice property with only minor flaws.

Excellent location on beach. Home was comfortable. Good wifi. The kitchen faucet is tricky to operate and should be replaced. The carving knives were very dull, but fortunately there was a sharpener on the property. A better shower head in the master bath would be nice too.

Lovely retreat

This was a lovely place to stay right on the beach with the ground floor access. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. I do think it would be nice to have included coffee filters, I bought a large package for only a few days stay. But I left them there so the next person should have plenty! Everything has been updated except the bathroom which was still very nice except the toilet is very wobbly. There was also only one roll of toilet paper and only one hand towel although there were several large towels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We had some unfortunately rainy weather so it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay and read and study. The Florida room is especially a lovely retreat that not many condos offer. we would stay here again! The condominium complex offered a heated pool and a very nice deck out to the beach with a covered and an open sitting area.

Easy beach access and convenient to historic St. Augustine. Bed linens are worn and should be replaced. Some maintenance issues identified during my stay need to be addressed.

Great location, unit needs work

This was our Yearly girls trip and when we walked into the unit it smelled like rotten garbage and there were swarms of gnats everywhere. We found that someone had jammed the garbage disposal with old food left in it. We reset the disposal but that did not get rid of the stink or gnats. Also the counters were sticky and the floors were filthy. Our feet were black within minutes. We were told that we could not check in early to give the cleaners extra time, this unit was not cleaned. We did contact the management company and someone came the next day and mopped the floors and wiped down. We bought candles and stuff to catch the gnats, which never went away. The unit needs updates and repairs. The back sliding door does not lock and you have to us a stick to secure it. The kitchen faucet handle was not secured onto the faucet and would come off every time you used it. The front storm door does not close. The TV does not have cable, it's only streaming if you can log into your own accounts and it's the only one in the unit that works. Unless unit was updated, cleaned, and repaired would probably not stay here again. We did love the complex, pool, and short walk to the beach.

Wonderful

This property was exactly what we were looking for. I remember saying when we walked in the property was identical to the listing. It was beautiful very easy access to the beach. Located in a great spot on Saint Augustine Beach. In walking distance of good food locations. Overall the property was very clean and full of anything we needed. I would definitely stay at this property again and again.

Perfect relaxing beach stay!

Check-in was super easy with keyless entry. Easy walk to the beach from boardwalk on property. Pool was great! Very family friendly complex. Ample parking. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and roomy with a partial view of the ocean. Great water pressure!
