Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the patio or spend your downtime around the gas fire pit in the back yard and enjoy our large backyard space which includes a gas barbecue grill. As a courtesy we offer a free complimentary coffee and snack bar. We also do not charge a cleaning fee, for your stay. We are pet friendly, but there is an additional charge pet fee of $200 that will be applied to your reservation. So we must be notified if you are bringing a pet at the time of your initial booking in order to ensure the accuracy of your reservation and inclusion of the pet fee. Our home is conveniently located in the West King District approx. 1.5 miles from the historic downtown tourist district of St. Augustine. Guests are a short walk to a variety of local establishments, and a quick 15 minute drive to St. Augustine beach.
