The space
Set within a 1922 duplex, this lower-level unit offers a comfortable stay for up to four guests. High ceilings, tile floors, and natural light create an open, inviting atmosphere, while the living area with HDTV provides a place to unwind. This is renting just the downstairs unit, and the backyard is shared with the upstairs unit. Each unit has its own private entrance, and there is no connection between the upstairs and downstairs units once inside, allowing for privacy indoors.

Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed, providing a restful setup for small groups or families. A full bathroom with a bathtub and bathroom essentials supports a comfortable stay.
