Zip line over gators or visit the Lemurs at the Alligator Farm, Climb the St. Augustine Lighthouse, Surf or Fish off the Pier, For breakfast, enjoy a Bacon Egg and Cheese on an everything bagel at Island Donuts. For the COLDEST beer on the beach, go to Sunset Grille. Order the House Salad and the Gypsy Chicken at Gypsy Cab. Get a Citrus Basil Martini at Blackfly and the TUNA! Primary renter must be present on all bookings. Minimum Age for primary renter is 25 years of age.

No pets.

No commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, etc. on properties per HOA & parking restrictions.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

No smoking in OR on the property. There will be a fine of $3,000 per violation of a house rule and immediate cancellation of reservation.

* No boats, RV`s/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored overnight. Vehicles will be towed.
