Walk to beach: 2 in-law suites+hot tub, sleeps 10

Summary:
Stay in our bright new beach house, just two blocks to the beach! Our unique space is perfect for large extended family get togethers or groups who are looking for separate spaces under one roof. In just a short 5 minute walk, you can be at the beach with your toes in the sand, enjoying your morning cup of coffee while you watch the sunrise. Enjoy our newly added hot tub, too! Heaven!

The Space:
Walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor and you'll find a bright, large, open-plan living room, kitchen and dining room with two sets of french doors that open out to the deck. Upstairs has two queen bedrooms and a bathroom with tub/shower combo as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. New comfort height queen air mattress provided. Sleeps 6

The downstairs space has two separate queen bedrooms. The north bedroom studio sleeps 4 on a queen size bed and full size pull out memory foam mattress. Enjoy your own wet/coffee bar and bathroom with large walk- in shower. Sleeps 2 adults & 2 kids.

The downstairs South Bedroom has a queen size bedroom with separate living space, wet/coffee bar and en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The living space has a sofa as well where one person could sleep. Sleeps 3 adults.

Rinse off after a day at the beach in our outdoor shower and enjoy salty ocean breezes anytime of the day on our wrap around deck. Newly added hot tub can be found downstairs as well.

** Please note: the house is arranged in three separate spaces. The downstairs suites are adjoined by a connecting door which can be double locked. To access the upstairs unit, you must walk outside and up the steps onto the deck. There is no interior staircase.**

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property. Smart keypad locks on all doors.

The Neighborhood:
Our quiet little residential neighborhood is nestled among the dunes at Crescent Beach -- just a 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.

Getting Around:
Driving is the best option to get around St. Augustine. Uber/Lyft are available and recommended if you plan to go out at night.

Other Things to Note:
Pets considered on a case by case basis. Pet fees apply. Please inquire before bringing pets to ensure you do not incur additional fees.
Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of your pets please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.

Please note, the house is on the opposite side of the street as the mailbox. Please look for the numbers on the house, not the mailbox, to ensure you are in the correct location.

Please note: An additional charge will apply starting with the 9th guest and for each additional guest thereafter. Also, if your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
