Enjoy breathtaking lagoon views right from your back patio, where you can unwind and soak in the serene atmosphere.

Inside, you'll find an open floor plan with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The large dining table is perfect for family meals, while the desk provides a convenient spot for remote work. A cozy reading nook in the third bedroom, featuring twin beds, offers a peaceful space to relax.

For your entertainment, the living area is equipped with a 65" Smart TV with Roku, and each of the 3 bedrooms includes its own Smart TV with Roku, so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and features a laundry closet for added convenience.

The master bathroom includes a separate shower and tub, offering ultimate comfort and relaxation after a long day of exploring or enjoying the nearby attractions.

The home features hardwood floors in the main living areas and plush new carpet in the bedrooms for a cozy, homey feel. Step outside and take a dip in the community pool, nestled in the courtyard just outside your door, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Additional Amenities:

Had a fantastic time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this unit and all its amenities. Super clean, had everything you’d ever need when you were looking to get away. Laterra is always so well maintained and having the pool steps outside makes daily pool trips super easy for little kids. Marilyn and her team are always extremely helpful and the instructions to access the unit were so detailed and helpful. Cannot recommend enough!
