「The property was reasonably priced and in a great location right next to Horseshoe and close-ish (about 45 minutes) to Collingwood. The house is spacious and easily fit 7 people. The master bathroom in particular was very nice.Unfortunately, we experienced several "new rental" growing pains. The exterior photos were misleading, showing a BBQ that wasn't there (though it was not explicitly listed as an amenity), which disrupted some dinner plans. 「There was a bit of difficulty initially getting into the home. However, after speaking to Lenny, she was able to reset the lock code, for my family of 5 to enter, within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and Lenny was very responsive to all communication. Her home was comfortable and clean. I would recommend her home to any family staying in Barrie. Thank you Lenny!」

「House was new and very comfortable for our needs. Location was very good for our needs to visit family and friends. Some supplies were needed and they were delivered promptly. Only small issues were getting the checkin info which I saw was to come a few days before and some confusion at checkin having 2 lockboxes on the door. Thanks!」
