Adequate. The ac unit was not plugged in and the door to the room was propped open when I went to it. Nothing was out of place Plugged in the unit and it was hot but not intolerable over night. Heavy chemical smell

Breakfast was super lacking could of been better just cereal and bananas thats it. But that wasnt even the worst of it we got their an older lady in her 80s was sleeping in the foyer on the couch (weird right?) so we go to bed next morning she still on the couch (again super weird) then i heard a someone fall and start screaming for help it was the ole lady i asked the manager are you going to help her? He told me his daughter had a room and just left her there!! So after about 30minutes i helped her up since it seemed no one was gonna help her again told the manager thats not okay she obviously needed help he should of helped her! Got her up lady clearly had dementia of some sort she didnt even know her daughter down the hallway!! So cops were called. I couldn’t believe no one helped her he just practically said it wasnt his problem an 80yo lady on the floor not able to get up in your foyer is your problem dude jesus christ have some human decency!!

The pool and hot tub was enjoyable enough. The parking was easy and close to the check-in doors. The cleaness and smell of the place in general was not appealing. The in room microwave had to be moved to the floor under a table to be able to plug in to warm up foods and such. Barley anywhere to store clothing and traveling supplies if staying more than one day. The staff was kind when asking for towels, as you have to before going to the pool because there are none in the pool area. Check in was easy, almost too easy, as my brother walked in and said my name and they just handed the keys over, with out question or any verification at all. We are kind and grateful people, we leave our small town twice a year to get a room and enjoy the city outtings with the family. This place gave us a roof amd bed to do just that but we were not impressed.

The staff was polite and provided solution to any questions asked. The pool and hot tub were great! The colorful lights and wooden accents made it feel luxurious/fun. The room was clean, the heat worked great and had all basic amenities. As the other reviews stated the breakfast was very minimal. I honestly never expect much from any hotel breakfast and the fact that they even had anything is appreciated. The coffee and muffin were tasty. My only concern is the mattresses have a mattress protector that can be annoying. My daughter constantly tosses and turns at night therefore the noise kept me up. I do understand the need to reduce risk of mattress hygiene.

Everything was great about our stay, can't speak about breakfast because we didn't check it out. But check in and check out was a breeze, nice hotel in a central location it meet our needs for the trip for a night. We would stay here again.

The stay was great we loved it. Affordable yet nice. The pool and hot tub was really clean and nice to relax in. We also had a nice king size room with plenty of room for our grandson to play.

Horrible breakfast

The breakfast isn't one of the worst I've ever had in a hotel with free breakfast, it is THE worst I've ever had. I went down Saturday morning to ask if any hot food was included for breakfast, and the guy at the front desk was completely asleep! I walked around a few minutes to find the "breakfast" and he never even knew I was there. The breakfast included the smallest muffins, bananas, peanut butter crackers, apple jacks, coco roos, and a loaf of bread to make toast. I've never been to a hotel with such a bad free breakfast in all of my years.
