"Out 3rd time here, always a good place to stay "

"I stayed Saturday through Monday and was disappointed they did not service my room during the stay. When I enquired at the desk, they said it was due to policy of doing it every other day. It was a bummer and I encourage them to rethink their policy. This is my favorite place to stay in all of Eugene...I hope you all give them a try, and that they bring back daily room service"

"The room as cool. Very Retro and perfectly “Eugene” themed with several references to movies in wall art. Mini fridge present but no microwave so no way to heat leftovers. Room was not cleaned to the standard I had expected for the price paid for the room. Location was perfection for attending a show at the Hult Center and an easy walk to get drinks at the bars afterward! "

"The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The bed was super comfortable and it seemed fairly quiet for the most part. My only complaint is the door had a large gap at the bottom that I think contributed to being able to hear everything so when people came in late and were loud, it was like they were in the room with us. There’s also a train nearby that’s fairly loud. However, the hotel did provide complimentary ear plugs. Another plus was having Texas Roadhouse across the lot from the hotel. I’d stay here again. "

"Nice hotel in a safe location. Clean rooms and updated building. But Staff can be more warm and bathrooms can use more toiletries. "

"The room was clean and the staff, for the most part friendly. Was very frustrating that the outlets and USB plugs ony side of the bed didn't work. The room way very warm and the air conditioner/fan didn't work. No matter what the thermostat was set on, warm/hot air blew out."
