Prime location. Reasonable cost. Personable, helpful staff. I learned that this was one of the relatively older hotels in Springdale. The room was dark, cramped and outdated. We spent two nights, off season, in late winter. The scenic view from the hotel is stunning. It is located near Zion entrance. Breakfast was included, at the cafe affiliated with the hotel. The breakfast was delicious & staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel.
