"Avoid the Blanca tower as it’s older and room layouts are terrible. Carpet easily got wet with how the shower and sink are laid out in the room. It’s not a traditional bathroom rather 3 separate sections for shower, sink and toilet. Sink is small and took forever to drain. Though it was clogged but talked with other guests who had the same issue with their sinks in Blanca. Marra tower is much nicer."

"We love it here, great price for the rooms, nice and big, beds are comfortable, arcade is so fun for the kids, Dicks Restaurant is so much fun! The pool is great! The only down side I would say is that the food selections could be better, and the buffet could be more affordable as there are so many families that are there as well. Other than that amazing, we will be back!"

"For the price it is alright. Everything is pretty outdated. Cleanliness 7/10. Sinks and toilets have no pressure to flush or drain. Super gross when trying to brush your teeth! Im staying somewhere else next time! "

"We stayed at the Palms in 2026 to catch TJPW, CMLL, and Stardom. The hotel was easy to navigate. The check in was a bit painful (why not have self check in?) in that only 3-4 CS reps were at the counter. However, we were upgraded to a better room free of charge so that was great. The pool area was closed, or at least had closed signs all over when we were there so we didn't get to check it out. The hotel itself is located relatively close to the strip. Lots of food and other retail nearby if you feel like getting out of the property, which we did since we were on a budget and didn't want to spend too much on food. Parking is free, rare to see in Vegas as unbelievable as that is. I just wish they had EV charging. The Pearl theater is a relatively small venue but was very nice inside, seats were comfortable with plenty of space. Drinks were way over priced $20+ for a large size beer. Overall, a great hotel to stay at if you don't mind being a bit off the strip. I'd stay again."
