"I made this booking at the very last minute. The room was lovely and is ideal for accessing Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway as well as the wineries in Nelson County. Bed was comfy, bathroom good, and had a microwave and fridge. There is no on site staff, which would not have been a problem except I booked very very last minute. Contacted the hotel via hotels.com and email to get my room code. That process took 2 hours or so which was reasonable. Only issues during the stay were that...

"Clean, quiet, and convenient. The breakfast, however, left a bit to be desired. The pancake machine had a sign saying it was out of order. The cinnamon rolls the first day were wonderful but were informed the second and third days that “the truck” would not arrive until after we departed. The biscuits were hard as rocks. This needs some attention. Not terrible but lacking the care given to the rest of the property."
