"When I go to Spokane I always stay at this resort. Very friendly and courteous. I enjoy the free Pepsi (better than Coke) and coffee in the casino and near the registration area. Free valet is a plus here at the resort. I feel extremely safe."

"Sent a package 2 days prior to arrival that I called to confirm wqs received, a package that I needed during my trip. However I kept getting excuses as to its whereabouts and never received it. I ruined my vacation as well as lost my money. Beds were comfortable but would never stay here again. Will not use Expedia again either very disappointing vacation experience"
