"Great stay"

"The house was clean. When we arrived, the house was very cold. The thermostat was set to 69 so we turned it up, but that did not help. There was a lot of cold draft coming in. For amenities, there were none. No hand soap no bath wash. These are things that are just usually done when someone is hosting a home rental. In addition, the microwave and the dishwasher were not working for use. Also, the TV was disconnected there was no plug and we could not use the Wi-Fi. Lastly, there was lots of ice in the walkway to the house. I had to literally go out and buy some ice melt to ensure no one in my family fell. This house had a high fee for a two night stay. With the lack of amenities it did not feel luxurious as advertised and I definitely don’t feel like I got my money’s worth or value. I think this is more of a modest house and should not be advertised as a luxury house. "

"Seven Oaks Bed & Breakfast showed true hospitality. It was a quiet, restful get away. My room was very clean and provided all amenities needed. The staff was available to assist with any needs and the breakfast was excellent. "

"The house was perfect for two kids and a dog. Easy access to a good sized fenced in yard and plenty of yard for the kids to play. The house had what we needed and even had extra paper towels and toilet paper which is not always the case. The owner was also very quick to respond to any questions I had. "

"Wonderful property! We were in town for 4 nights for our daughter’s college graduation weekend, and brought along two sets of grandparents, aunt and uncle, and a couple of cousins. The house was perfect for our group! Owner was very nice and very easy to communicate with (responded promptly to all questions). We highly recommend this house! … plenty of room, and very comfortable for a family of all ages … an all-around awesome house! "
