"Everything was just right. There was one hiccup with our first room. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned, but we were given a different room immediately. The paintings are a wonderful addition, considering I purchased one! I enjoyed the restaurant FOOD, the pool and hot tub, as well as the pricey, but fabulous spa!!"

"The location to HPU was great. The hot tub was great; the water was at 101' and ready for use. There was no gas in the propane tanks, after approx. 8 minutes the tank on the grill ran out of propane and the tank on the griddle also ran out of propane after about 5-8 minutes of use. I had to leave my food on the grill and run to the gas station and do a tank exchange to finish my gilling.i would recommend more hangers in the closets. The closet in the upstairs master had two wire hangers I did not check the other closets for hanger. "

"Host was welcoming, You can tell the property was updated, But needs some TLC to get back in shape. The Floor in a few area’s was starting to come apart. The walls and baseboards could use some better cleaning or some new paint. The attic panel had paint peeling off. The back yard needed to be racked. "

"I had a really horrible experience with this Vrbo property and would definitely not recommend staying here. The host was hardly responsive, which made everything even more frustrating when issues came up.When we arrived, the house clearly had not been cleaned. The floors were dirty, the cabinets were greasy, and the oven was absolutely disgusting. Under the sink there was rat poop all over, which was extremely concerning, especially since we were staying there with our young child.To make matters worse, the toilet was broken and leaking water during our stay. The couch was also broken and had screws sticking out of it, which felt unsafe.The most alarming part was when my 2-year-old opened a board game that was in the house and there was a pill inside. That was honestly shocking and could have been very dangerous.Overall, the house was extremely nasty and not what you would expect when booking a place to stay. Between the cleanliness issues, broken items, and lack of response from the host, it was a very disappointing experience."

Baths: clean, new: towels, fixtures & mirrors.Awesome kids room: RGB Color-Changing LED Strip Lights on headboards and frames, 2 remote controls for each bed changes the lights & patterns-each kid selects their preference. Headboards have 2 outlet plugs and a USB port. Lots of board games. Big screen TV already set up for gaming. Bluetooth tablets & phones pair with the TV for gaming.Deck: Large screened gazebo, patio tables & chairs.Carport-house entry door. Driveway extends back. Large concrete pad safe-even surface for kids to play. Yard is huge & well-groomed. Room for vehicles.Host: Warm, friendly gentleman, replies promptly. Welcomes guests with bottled water, tea bags, & snacks. Cares deeply. Makes every guest feel special!"
