"Rooms were very clean and smelled fresh when you walk in . The staff was awesome, a lady named Jessica checked us in and she was amazing!!! Will absolutely stay here again when I travel to this area. The property is very clean and closed off to the public I loved that . Pool was nice and clean !! If you’re on a budget while traveling definitely check them out the location is great you have everything for shopping and restaurants within a few minutes of this place some are within walking distance. This place is highly recommended!!! I would give 10 stars if I could . "

"The place is ok. The bar and restaurant staff are not equipped to handle a busy night. You can’t charge anything to the room which is annoying. Be careful not to get anything on the sheets or towels because they will keep your money. No food or drinks allowed in the room either. For the amount of money I paid, I’d rather go to a Hilton or Marriott with less fine print and more convenience. "

"The property was large and very clean, the pool and waterpark was very entertaining for all of us. Our house was amazing, good distance from waterpark (5-10 walk depending on the pace). The breakfast was decent, could use some variety throughout the week. All of us really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!"

"Our stay at this property was disappointing. While the location seemed convenient, the room was not very clean — dusty surfaces and stained bedding made our first impression poor. The staff were polite but slow to respond to requests, and basic amenities like fresh towels and laundry service took multiple reminders. It didn’t feel very family-friendly either, as the surrounding area was noisy late into the night and the common spaces weren’t well-maintained. Overall, not worth the price — better options nearby offer cleaner rooms and more attentive service."
