"The staff was great, the breakfast was fine and the coffee was good. It's an older hotel, so I expected that. The room was kind of grubby and dusty, which was disappointing. The bed was comfortable, but if the room isn't properly cleaned, the rest doesn't really matter. "

"We stayed in the jr suite on the 4th floor The room was terrible the sink was clogged in the bathroom. the day we checked into the room the room was dirty someone old chew, seeds and the remote didn’t work, next to the the bed the floor was wet and smelled like mold. Never staying in that hotel again "

"We booked it for the pool and waterslide but didn’t say anything about pool and waterslide hours being limited. Bed is very comfortable."

"Great location on Spokane River with paved trail/path along the river. Huge room. Clean and modern. Walkable/short Lime Ride to Convention Center, Podium, Spokane Arena. Food options short drive away. Parking is tight (I had to park at neighboring business). Breakfast room also small (we had to bring it to room), but food was good. Pool looked fine. Would stay again for sure."
