Stayed two nights with 3 adults. Home was charming, comfortable and conveniently located. Communications with owners was great and key-code access was easy and quick. Great place to stay when visiting Spokane.
We had a very nice visit! The neighborhood was great for walking with our dog and the bed was comfy and cozy. Just a note that the tub 'stopper' does not work if you want to take a bath. I wanted to ask you please if you could share where you bought the sheer curtains with the red velvet flower imprint. They are beautiful! If we are ever in Spokane again, we will visit your place. Thank you for everything! Heidi and John
My wife and I stayed for three nights and everything was perfect. We loved this classic home and everthing was just perfect, cozy, and comfortable. Thank you so very much!
The house was perfect for our needs and in a central location close to downtown. The hosts were accomodating and easy to communicate with. Very charming cottage with all that we needed for a brief weekend stay. Would be happy to stay here again!
We stayed 4 nights and had a very nice time. Well equipped and comfortable. Very good backyard if you have dogs. Close to downtown. We would stay again.
We were warmly welcomed on arrival. Thank you to the Quincy’s for sharing their home very convenient and placed in a central district close to downtown shopping the north side and the rivers.
The historical home was tastefully decorated and meticulously cared for. The neighborhood was very quiet and our hosts went out of their way to communicate with us. In summary, it was a very pleasant stay.
We loved our long weekend stay. Great, comfy home with all the amenities you could need. Wonderful big private yard. Cozy for two people, or two with a child. Highly recommend this spot.
Our stay was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner waa great and it was hot during our time in town. Location was good in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Hated to leave.
We enjoyed our stay. We are small people with back issues and found the living room furniture not very comfortable. House is very clean and very well supplied. The neighborhood seemed run down, but location was very good for seeing things around Spokane.
This house was perfect for my needs.
The only small thing that could have been better was a comfier mattress and better pillows.
Other than that it was well-stocked and well-labeled and in a nice neighborhood. Owners were attentive and great at responding.
Great place. Very clean. Lot of kitchen amenities so if you want to cook you should be all set. Great backyard - although with tiny dogs like us you have to be mindful of the holes. I feel like they put a lot of time into thinking about what guests need. I would for sure stay there again.!
We chose to stay at this particular home because it fit the bill for all of our needs and it was close to the venue of the event we went to see. The house was perfect, quaint, in a good neighborhood and was just right for us. Anna was great with communication. We never had any issues to contact them about but all other communication was great!
I would absolutely stay at this lovely little home again if I come back to Spokane!
We were on a mother-daughter trip & this was the perfect home to stay in. This is the type of home Mom grew up in up on the South Hill. Sooo many memories came back to her because the layout was similar. This is the type of home with stained glass that I always dreamed of living in. At first, I was a little leary about the neighborhood when we first pulled up soon learned that it was just my bias coming out. This is in a fantastic neineighborhood with lovely neighbors & would highly recommend anyone stay here.
Pros: Close drive to city center, lovely soaking tub, gorgeous & comfortable beds & furniture (Mom even fell asleep in the lazy boy chair), great shower preasure, well stocked kitchen, large fridge, clean washer/dryer, wood floors smooth- no peices missing or damaged, dinning room table & chairs are comfortable to set at for long periods of time while eating or playing games, fun & interesting games & books available, paper travel guides available, we didn't turn on the TV but I liked how it was wall mounted & had a simple yet elegant stand underneath it - this freed up a ton of walking space in the living room, and (my favorite part) the stained glass lamps & chandeliers are absolutely gorgeous & made the house feel more like home rather than just another flipped rental.
Cons: No driveway- only street parking - a huge work van parked in front making it difficult for my elderly mother, shower curtain sticks to you, metal of small bed hurts legs when getting in/out.
The place was really comfortable! It's a good location and close to a lot of outdoor activities! Check-in was simple. The back yard was nice and relaxing!
Wonderful experience in Anna's Historic Home! Clean, comfortable, felt very private, and fit description and photos on listing. My mom and I greatly enjoyed the backyard, and Anna provided communication when needed. Would return and recommend to others!
