I have never been in a facility that does not have "housekeeping". The beds and bedding were uninviting and uncomforrtable. On arrival there was only one wastebasket and the TV remote did not work. The overall design was skimpy on surfaces to open a suitcase and access the closet at the same time, little shelving in front of the TV and in the bathroom. NO LIGHTING AROUND THE CLOSET AND SO-CALLED KITCHENETTE! I could have designed the pace much better for the same budget.

The staff was fantastic ! I would definitely suggest staying here as long as you don't mind the train going by every so often. And the river front and shopping all within 5 minutes of walking.

Scary neighborhood, didn't feel safe. Loud rowdy guests kept us up all night. Cheaply renovated to look good. Fitted sheets didn't fit, came up at corners. The staff were A though, friendly and excellent service
