A spacious and well-maintained house in a quiet neighborhood

The house met all our needs. The appliances all appear to be new. The neighborhood is quiet. It is near the airport, casino, shopping, AH fitness center and Riverside Park.

Golf trip

The property was exactly as advertised. A couple of issues: the downstairs sink and shower are extremely slow to drain, and the upstairs right side bathroom toilet has a faulty flapper valve.

Perfect stay

Overall this property was wonderful to stay at. From communication with the owner, the cleanliness, and genuine hospitality this property provided was excellent. I would recommend this place as it’s so convenient to the airport or downtown Spokane or even taking a trip to Idaho. Great stay :)

The house is roomy for 5 adults. We didn’t have enough time but the backyard looked great. Plenty of cooking pans and plates. Things to know 2 bathrooms upstairs for each master Downstairs 3 bedrooms share 1 bathroom
