    As a U.S. Army veteran (11B), my wife and I spent 17 years raising our three boys within these walls, building our own front and back decks, and pioneering open-concept living in this neighborhood. After nearly two decades of family memories, we've carefully maintained this home to offer a warm, solid, and welcoming space for your group's stay.

Perfect stay

Overall this property was wonderful to stay at. From communication with the owner, the cleanliness, and genuine hospitality this property provided was excellent. I would recommend this place as it’s so convenient to the airport or downtown Spokane or even taking a trip to Idaho. Great stay :)

We had a pleasant stay in Medical Lake. The place was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for our trip. The location was convenient and quiet. The host was responsive and easy to work with, which made everything smooth. Overall, a good spot to stay if you’re in the area.

A spacious and well-maintained house in a quiet neighborhood

The house met all our needs. The appliances all appear to be new. The neighborhood is quiet. It is near the airport, casino, shopping, AH fitness center and Riverside Park.

Great house

The house is roomy for 5 adults. We didn’t have enough time but the backyard looked great. Plenty of cooking pans and plates. Things to know 2 bathrooms upstairs for each master Downstairs 3 bedrooms share 1 bathroom

Golf trip

The property was exactly as advertised. A couple of issues: the downstairs sink and shower are extremely slow to drain, and the upstairs right side bathroom toilet has a faulty flapper valve.
