This stylish home is perfect for groups or individual trips. Garage parking makes it an all season convenient place to stay..
The space
Zero step entry with fenced back yard and Patio area. There are 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with 2 Twin XL's and a fold out queen sofa sleeper. All beds are new and are either hybrid or memory foam beds. Kitchen table accommodates 6+ chairs. The home has central A/C and is equipped with a tankless water heater to ensure everyone gets a hot shower.
Just a few miles from the Spokane River and Riverside State Parks Bowl and Pitcher with miles of hiking and mountain biking trails and the paved Centennial Trail. We are also just a 1/2 mile from the Dwight Merkel Sports Complex, BMX Spokane race track, Joe Albi Skate Park and the VA Hospital.
