「There were no instructions to work the heat and they wouldn’t stay on so we were cold most of the time. We were told there was only one flight of stairs but there were two with a landing making one of our people have to stay elsewhere and making it hard on our other disabled people to get up. 「The apartment was a perfect home base for a busy weekend! It was such a cute space—spotlessly clean, and having a full kitchen with a fridge was great!
