「We've had the pleasure of staying here several times now. Definitely is on the top of our list where to stay in downtown Spokane. We have already booked the next trip back to this same apartment. Walking distance to everything that we love downtown. Thanks again we enjoy our time here. 」

「There were no instructions to work the heat and they wouldn’t stay on so we were cold most of the time. We were told there was only one flight of stairs but there were two with a landing making one of our people have to stay elsewhere and making it hard on our other disabled people to get up. We were told there was two covered parking spots and only one car was able to fit due to the other tenants this caused us to have leave one of brand new cars out without being covered. 「This property was actually even nicer in person. Adorable little place. Beautiful view from the bed and seating. Wonderful outdoor spaces. Hot tub was very nice. Thoughtful amenities. And lots of historical art and reading material!」

「The first thought that came to my mind when entering the place was "80s" - the place was a bit outdated. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a place to store refrigerated goods and prepare meals. The host was very accommodating and pleasant to work. The place was clean and warm (in November). The place is not big - it would fit 4 fairly comfortably, 5 was pretty tight. But we made it work. Unlike other Vrbos we stayed in, the host made sure there were enough towels for all 5 of us....
