If you’re going to visit Split, you should consider just one place to stay. This place has it all. Location, great service, nearby parking, stunning views, and a staff that is beyond. Jan was a perfect tour guide and host. Ana was always there with great directions and a smile. The breakfast was lovely and ample. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Highly recommended ***** + * = 6!!

Absolutely fantastic room (room number one) in old town Split. A few stairs but nothing to worry about Clean comfy and stylish, great view and atmosphere, we felt really at home Can’t recommend it enough Thank you so much 👍😊

Excellent location! Pera is a wonderful, friendly host. Apartment is super clean and has everything you need.

Trogir is a a very old village with not much signage and way finding is difficult. The host was on the lookout for us and greeted us on the street. The room was cozy, clean and quiet and located in the middle of town. We loved it!

This property is very close to the downtown. 2 min walking distance and provide a parking place. Much better than expected. Breakfast was wonderful.

Ivana guided us thru the checking process and it was seamless. It was nice to have free parking during our stay. The apartment is Top notch!! Everything looked brand new and super clean. It was great to have a washer. Location was amazing!! Omis is truly beautiful. Highly recommend this place.

This was an amazing spot for me in Split. It’s right next to the promenade (about 5-10min walking distance) but far away enough to get some peace and quiet. I was able to walk easily to my tour meeting points + catch the ferry. The family was very sweet, accommodating and helpful + the space is so big! I was so shocked when I first saw it. Super clean, and a great price. 10/10 stars!! Thank you for the great stay House Sandra!

LOVE IT PLEASE DO NOT LOOK ELSEWHERE This hotel is AMAZING sorry if it seems like im doing the most but this was just what I needed i went there with my sister for my birthday and Loved everything about Croatia and this hotel/apartment. Had the lovely driver cant pronouce his name starts with 'L' who picked up at the airport with place card with our names so we can identify who he was and then a lovely drive not too far from the hotel about 30 mins lovely. This was the perfect place to stay! Walking distance to Trogir old town, close to market and restaurants, quiet neighborhood and a wonderful hostess, Valentino. She shared her suggestions for seeing the area and was extremely friendly and welcoming. Had in room mini frig and nice little patio. Also drying rack for swimsuits, etc. Was a bit confusing to drive to because we had a communication delay...all our fault. Would stay here again!

Beautiful well-kept modern hotel. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious with nice long hours to suit your schedule. Location was lovely - tucked into a nice neighborhood and near a beach, but an easy walk to central Split sights. Beautiful roof top pool with great views and sunsets!

We arrived well before the 2:00 check in but Ivan was quite accommodating. He cared for our bags and we found a place for coffee. Ivan texted us when the room was ready including room codes for access.

Great property located to many central sites in old town split, many good restaurants and bars in the area. Close to Split port and bus terminal. Property communicates quickly, clean and cozy apartment.

I would definitelly stay here if I return to Split. On a walking distance to the Old Town, restaurants, bars, supermarket. The room was very clean and confortable. On top of it, a high class reception and treatment by Dino made my experience in Split the best possible. Do rent a bike and go to Marjan Park for a lovely ride.

excellent location

Excellent location. 5 min walk to the best beach in Split.. 2 min walk to grocery store. Less than 10 min to town. Room was comfortable for me and my teenage daughter. Emily was very kind and helped us settle in. The washer was a nice touch in the middle of our trip. I had to google how to use it but it was fairly simple. We "line" dried our clothing which took a few days in the humidity, but it worked out fine. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Location allows easy access to most attractions and restaurants. Hotel limo driver was excellent.
