"Upon check-in, we need to wait for 25-30mins for the caretaker to give us the room key considering that we called them several times ton inform what time we’ll arrive. Upon check out, we need to wait for them again to give back the key since the inhouse staff in the building are not allowed to get the key. "Rooms are clean and spacious. You can really sleep comfortably with their clean linens. You can bring in and cook food . Lacking kitchen appliances though like kettle, microwave , oven toaster. Cooking stove we had has 1 burner working, the other is useless :( That was time consuming working on a single burner. "There was no option for soap bars and in the middle of the night, I can hear vibrating alarms from the other room. Also, you can clearly hear all outside noise (cars passing through, etc). We didn't have much rest as we thought we could have"
