"We stayed one night and overall had an excellent experience. The hotel and room itself felt modern clean and was very comfortable. The choice at the self serve breakfast was good and the stay was great value for the money. One small suggestion that would be a big help would be some simple instructions to operate the TV. Whoever set up the TV and Cogeco system was a sadist, It was not intuitive at all and was an exercise in frustration. Some clear instructions printed out would make all the difference. That niggle aside I’d happily recommend the place."

"The property itself is in a great location and was very clean upon arrival. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by operational and service failures.For a four-day stay, only two towels were provided, which is not reasonable. The main bathroom toilet was also not functioning correctly and required attention.More concerning was the conduct of the property management team. Our booking was canceled mid-stay, which caused immediate confusion and stress. Following the cancellation, the heat was shut off, making the unit uncomfortable and further disrupting our vacation. Communication from the management team during this time was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, with little effort made to resolve the situation or support us as guests.While the physical property and location are strong positives, the service failures and unprofessional behavior of the property management team completely overshadowed those benefits. Until guest support and basic hospitality standards improve, I would be very cautious about booking this rental."
