「I liked the location, the kitchenette with a washer,dryer, and dishwasher. The staff was great with communication throughout our stay. The bed in the bedroom was terrible. You could feel the spring in the mattress and it sagged in the middle. I requested a resolution and they just put a couple of duvets on top. It didn't help. 「Location is amazing - just that the street is noisy so be prepared to hear noise all night and early in the morning. The place was clean. We had some issues and they were addressed by the property manager the same day.」

「The only positive is the location is excellent. And that they will allow early checking if available which is great if your coming off an overnight flight like us. The negatives: Check in process is a pain. You need an app and codes and you need to use the app to open the door instead of a simple code. The dishwasher leaked on the first day of use -- we were required to wash the dishes by hand for the remainder of the trip. 2.
