"So happy to have discovered this interesting and beautiful hotel! We chose it because the price was good and we suddenly needed to stop as we were traveling in the area. Ots more than we expected - really an historic renovated very cool place. The owner has given great detail to everything. Gorgeous artifax, furniture, attention to tiny details, including freshly baked sourdough bread at the excellent breakfast (we bought some to take with us, the crust was so good). "Selv om at The Reset slår sig op på kurophold m.v, så er det også velegnet til en almindelig slotsferie. Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte. Den værelsesfløj vi boede i var færdigrenoveret, og værelset var meget stort og velindrettet med sans for de små detaljer. Til værelset var der en terrasse med udsigt over søen. Morgenmadsbuffet blev serveret i flotte omgivelser i selve slottets festsal. Her kan man også bestille...

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Lage ist super. Müritz Therme ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung der Zimmer war gut. Alles vorhanden um sich selbst gut zu verpflegen. Ruhig. Platz für die ganze Familie. "

"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch. "Warnung! Unglaublicher Vorfall! Vorgestern wurde unser seit langem gebuchter und bestätigter einwöchiger Aufenthalt im Club Robinson Fleesensee seitens des Clubs storniert. Zu Gunsten einer "Exklusivveranstaltung" wurden wir quasi rausgeschmissen. Es gäbe einen 50 Euro-Getränkegutschein, wenn wir einen anderen Zeitraum wählen. Die Dame vor Ort, mit der wir den Sachverhalt klären wollten, teilte uns mit, dass dies eine Entscheidung des Managements wäre, die sie so persönlich auch nicht mittragen...
