"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"We loved our time in Greenville and this was a wonderful place to stay. Located near all kinds of things to do in Greenville, we walked everywhere. The condo was really clean and spacious and the beds were super comfy. The only negative I could say about the place is hearing people in their cars at night. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay."
