Our home features 2 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a lovely kitchen that opens to our living room, and a balcony overlooking E Washington St.

We know you'll enjoy being right in the heart of it all in this unit located right above Sully's Steamers and Charles Schwab. Downtown is truly right at your fingertips!

Guests will enter our condo from an elevator off of Main Street. Parking is available in the nearby Spring St Garage for $7/day.

Once inside, guests will enjoy a beautiful kitchen with bar seating for four, a lovely sectional sofa and accent chair, and a TV that they can use to access their personal streaming services (no cable).

Off of the living room is a small balcony overlooking the downtown area.

The bedrooms are located on each side of the living room. The left bedroom has a Queen bed, nightstands, and a chair in the corner. The attached bathroom has a single vanity, toilet, and stall shower.

On the other side of the unit is our second bedroom, featuring a Queen bed and a sofa.

This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, single vanity, and stall shower.

Laundry is available for guests and is located in the closet right off of the kitchen.

We tend to allow our guests to keep to themselves but are always a message away if needed.

We are located right in the heart of downtown in condos above the main shops.

Since you are in downtown, everything is an easy walk away, including a pharmacy (CVS), and grocery store (Publix), however, there is more to Greenville than just the Downtown area, so we recommend that you bring a car to more fully explore the area.
