"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marc’s cabin. Check in info was sent to me and was very detailed and easy to follow.We were visiting for my boyfriend’s birthday weekend and Marc went above and beyond in having balloons in the cabin for his birthday. It is small and cozy, but had pretty much everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The area is very beautiful and we loved the swing down by the river. It’s only a short drive into town if you need any groceries or wish to have lunch or dinner. We saw several deer so be sure to be alert when driving. Just a couple things to note - Suggest possibly adding a non stick skillet to the kitchen and a couple wooden utensils in case someone wants to use the cast iron skillet.Also, the trail down to the river had been cut but the grass was pretty tall on both sides of the trail. I was a little nervous about the high grass and the possibility of snakes because I’m terrified of them.Would definitely stay again!"
