「House was extremely drafty - window air conditioning units still in the windows and not adequately insulated for colder temperatures. In addition, there was an odor that permeated the house which made things uncomfortable. The listing mentioned games in the game room - game room was a large empty space with no games. When the WiFi was down it was impossible to access the on line guide to the place. 」

Was not able watch anything on the tv apps without needing a parental code, which the property manager could not tell us. I had to sign into my own apps on the tv. So just be prepared for that. 」

「The house was as described: nicely remodeled, beautifully furnished, and very clean. We used the grill and the upstairs kitchen. We liked that there were just a few entry steps because one of us has mobility limitations. The AC kept up during a significant heat wave. 「We loved out stay! Would absolutely stay again. There is a little (under 5 min) walk to the tiny house itself on some rough terrain but it’s worth it for the seclusion. The place itself was so charming and cute. So fun seeing the animals and trails are walking distance away. The nearest towns are 30+ minutes away and there are no big box stores, just small shops and restaurants, so pack accordingly. 「Solid spot close to Middletown. Check in was easy, house was as described. Cleaner left dishes in the dishwasher and a couple of trash items on kitchen counter but putting them away didn’t detract from our stay at all.」

「Excellent host, communicative and helpful. The space is a nice space and plenty of rooms for all. The river access is great and really lovely to have. If you're going in the winter there is a great, new sauna on the deck. We had a great time grilling on the propane griddle and relaxing on the deck. Peaceful and quiet. Be aware, if you are tall, the doorways are a little low, and one of the bedrooms is just off the kitchen and not private.」
