「Four of us were down to fish a tournament on Patoka Lake. Shannon was great on the lead up communication and Collin got us and our boats situated. Could not have asked for a better location and hosts (including the guard dog)! Will definitely be staying there again next year.」

This adorable house is in the perfect location and gives us the extra space needed for “spillover”…so much better than staying at a hotel. 「Very good communication from owner. Super easy check in! Great location for downtown if you like walking to Penny Lane Coffee house for great coffee & breakfast/lunch. Several restaurants within 1 block to walk. Biking walking greenway within 3-4 blocks , no need to drive at all! Even a small grocery within walking distance. Condo has all you need provided: garbage bags, dish soap & detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, cooking utensils. Well lit bright newer building condo with garage to park...
