The staff at the poolside bar, where there’s a kiddie park, were incredibly slow and unresponsive when trying to get their attention. The beds were also quite hard. The water park was crowded and understaffed, with some rides closed due to insufficient lifeguards. Carpets in the hallways smell really bad and the resort is just very confusing in general. Not many elevators for such large buildings which made the wait long, usually 10 min wait to be able to get on. Not many food options either for such a large resort and all of them close early. Rooms were dusty, washing machine had mold inside and dishwasher smelled.
