The hotel was located in a lovely rural area. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made recommendations of places to eat and even followed up with us afterwards to make sure we enjoyed our dinner. Would definitely stay again if we ever return to this part of Wisconsin.

Hotel is very clean, great location, really fun pool area. Rooms aren’t very sound proof so you’ll hear everyone walking in halls and above you.

Property is great. Parking is anything but free!! Be prepared to pay big time.

Clean room, helpful staff, quiet location!

Friendly staff, clean hotel, what more could you want? The room was very nice / spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The pool area was impeccable and the lobby area of the hotel is nice for grabbing a free cup of coffee and reading/chatting, etc. The breakfast (included) offered a nice range of hot and cold options and all were tasty. Would definitely stay here again!

Best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. Impeccably clean and the staff was probably the friendliest I've ever had in any hotel. I can't remember his name but he was working the afternoon of Sunday, 3/3. He was so friendly and recommended many dining/shopping options in the area. The pool was saltwater and so warm! Breakfast was great. This will be our go-to hotel when we come back to La Crosse!

Excellent stay. We come here every year and will be back next year. Stayed in a one bedroom cabin. Not sure why we were not given the unit we had on on reservation that was sent to use though. Also, no hair dryer in the cabin - had to go purchase one. The property is beautiful and the staff is just as good. Highly recommend this as the place to stay when you come to the Dells area.

This was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at during my travels. It was as nice as some resorts I have been to. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet considering I had a room right on the balcony above the front desk. However, the thing that made this stay as good as it was, is hands down do to the staff. Every single one of them was friendly, efficient, courteous and helpful. I mostly interacted with Sofiia at the front desk, and she was wonderful. The young lady...

We have stayed at this hotel before and it did not disappoint. The room is clean, comfortable and well stocked in the kitchen. The beds are super comfy!

We stayed one night visiting family in the area. This was a comfortable and clean room. We were able to use the pool while there and the kids enjoyed it. The breakfast was okay. Nothing special, but definitely fine for what we needed. Only suggestion would be to have more outlets for charging phones. Overall this was a very nice stay for us.

We loved the property, and the room , but the elevator was on hold for at least 20 minutes, they told us the roof top was priority as they had a private event, I felt like because we only paid for one night we weren’t important, other then this small issue the hotel is very unique , love the fact they have bottles of wine at the room and the LP player with real vinyl records is amazing ! I’m staying there for Christmas and new years celebrations!
