「Room was clean and staff was friendly.」

「The hotel lobby was lovely. Our room was really nice, clean & comfortable. We ate at the main restaurant for dinner, the service was great & the food was delicious. We didn’t know about any free breakfast options but had coffee, tea & pastries from the Starbucks right by the casino entrance. All in all we had an excellent experience!」

「When I asked to check in, the staff member handed me an application form and tapped it with a pen. It felt like a police interrogation. The sheets were wrinkled and stained. It looked like the room hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest. There were yellow and black spots scattered all over the sheets. The lighting was very dim. The bathtub was still wet. The armrest of the chair was broken. The clock was unplugged. But the price was definitely low. The low price justifies the poor...

「When we checked in, the shower drain was clogged but management fixed it up right away the next morning. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Over all we enjoyed our stay.」
