Ambiance of hotel! Comfortable, welcoming, clean, great location

I had a great eleven day stay at this hotel. Being on the less expensive side, I was worried that it might attract noisy guests and be understaffed, making their jobs difficult. This hotel was nothing like I expected. All the guests were quiet and respectful and the staff was plentiful, kind, and patient to an admirable degree. For instance, my first room was not acceptable and the front desk staff person was incredibly patient as I looked at different rooms and he worked with me with complete understanding and kindness until we were able to find one that met my needs for an eleven day stay. The service that I got at the hotel from all the staff bespeaks of excellent training and good management. My only complaint was that it is decorated in "prison tones," with the rooms being painted a drab khaki-gray and every single design element also being a flat, depressing grayscale. Would love for them to go for a white and bright motif with splashes of color, that so many people prefer.

Everything was fantastic the grounds, the staff, the food, drink, the customer service—absolutely everything. I came back here to celebrate my birthday with friends after moving away one year ago. I will be back as soon as I can! Thanks
