"Staff so supportive and kind understanding I was in Chattanooga for medical emergency. Breakfast great, free laundromat, towels as needed except once, building and interior very dated. They should do a remodel it’s a great walking downtown location! "

"This was the cleanest property I have stayed in, in a long time. I always travel travel with cleaning products and disinfectant. I did not feel that I had to clean very much. I didn’t even see dust in the windows. The staff that I encountered were all nice. We didn’t eat at the property, but were glad the option to do so was there. The location is great. They is plenty to do within walking distance. We could see the Aquarium from one of our windows. My only gripe was the parking. It is not connected to the hotel. After check-in, you have to make three rights from the front of the hotel to the parking deck. It would be helpful to have a sign near the elevator that tells visitors which direction to walk back to the hotel. However, on the day of checkout, we attended market day at the Aquarium and were able to remain in the deck after check out. We could have stayed until midnight if needed. We also were automatically given a 1:00 check out and were able to check in when we arrived in time before noon. I would definitely stay again when we have more time to explore the area"
