「We checked in on the 21/7/26 at 17:00 for an over night stay on my daughter’s birthday,we also had my granddaughter age 10 with us. The man behind reception was rude and dismissive he hurriedly pushed a piece of paper towards me barking write yourhome address and sign. He pushed a door key card at me and snapped third floor. I didn’t catch the room number he said so I asked again which room number please? he wrote 317. We called for the lift when it came it smelled awful and there were buttons...
