"The property is old but clean, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast may be the worst we have ever experienced. Nothing fresh. The jam was so old it was like an old gummy candy. Even the kids wouldn't touch it. Overall we had a nice stay just don't plan on eating on property."

"The place is very clean and we loved that. The night staff isn't very knowledgeable. It was hard to figure out the blinds and she didn't know how to work them. She had to call someone to come in and show us how to work them. I liked the hot tub, but the room needs ventilation! We really enjoyed out stay."

"Easy access to Keystone lifts with buses or private Toyota vehicles. Staff very nice, specially a mature woman who told us a lot of tips we should have known as we were checking out. Good for next season. Pool nice but crowded on weekends."

"The rooms are definitely what you pay for, it was me and my fiances first time solo traveling and i thought i just got lucky with a good deal but soon realized why it was so cheap. The rooms are smelly and broken, and while the iverall staff was nice upper management had no good customer servuce at all."

"Front desk staff were rude and cold. Mention to them housekeeping did not come by, I was told I had to request for them to come, was never told that when I checked in. They failed to mention that they were going to charge extra fees at the end of checkout. I got engaged on this trip and the hotel just ruined the experience of it for me. Staff is not very welcoming.
