"It was basic but clean .it was in a good location. Nice and quite. Didnt see any staff. We had to ring to get keys and drop off keys in a box when we left. Overall good experience. Just a little weird that the motel was in a shopping complex. A good stay overall. They did clean the rooms and make the bed up everyday."

"Room smelt stale, and wasn’t really clean. Pool isn’t working despite the fact it’s advertised in the booking listing. Location is convenient though."

"An absolutely wonderful place to stay …. one of the nicest motels I have stayed in . Booked a studio room - but their studio contained a king size bed ( comfy AS ) , smart tv with streaming channels , air con plus a fan , microwave , hob stove top plates and dishwasher . A few extras … like salt and pepper plus bikkies with the in room usual tea and coffee . Nice quality bathroom products which smelled really nice . Rarely does a ‘ studio ‘ contain all these amenities . Guest laundry , onsite restaurant and bbq area and super cute pool area . I didn’t use all the facilities but nice they are there for those who wish to use . Very friendly office staff and pleasant feel . Great location to Toowoomba Hospital if you need to be close . I couldn’t fault this motel / serviced apartments and highly recommend . Was lovely to stay 😉👍"
