Despite being an older Motel, the cleanliness is second to none. The management were very friendly and accommodating. The rain shower was great and the bed very comfortable

This would be our 2nd time staying with Downs Motel and, 2nd time happy with everything. Very comfortable and just overall pleased. Stayed 2 nights with early and late check-in and checkout. Sandy was very helpful and just a very nice family.
