"We stayed 2 nights in the carriage house at the Litz mansion. Immaculate- great steam shower, comfortable bed and pillows/ Everything you could want or need! Considering places to stay in the area, the Litz house and the especially the carriage house are way better than the other options."

We thought we were the only ones there, but in the morning there were several other guests so that attests to how quite it was. The kitchen and living and dining areas were wonderful. I really appreciated the coffee after a somewhat wet hiking experience. "

"I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room. It was a lot smaller and darker than it looked online, but adequate to our needs. Never even thought about it being upstairs; it was difficult carrying our luggage up the stairs. The lighting wasn't good as I could not figure out the overhead light. My 91-year-old sister was disappointed there was no TV in the room. The biggest surprise was the height of the bathroom mirror. "This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in the area. The suite was very clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."
