「We had a great time. Enjoyed the ocean right below our deck and hearing the crashing waves. Spent most of our time out on the deck. The place was clean and very nicely decorated. The only negative was there was no hot water for our showers. But it I still give it an excellent rating. 」

「Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. We walked to breakfast and then down to the gorgeous beach one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are clean and comfortable! All in all, a great stay!」

「Wonderful property and wonderful host! So close to the beach and easy walking distance. The host was even so kind as to leave figs for us that they grew from the garden on site! I highly recommend this lovely beach escape! Five stars all the way and would love to stay again! Soon!」

「I was looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay and this little guest house exceeded my expectations. It has character and is located in a beautiful part of historic Redlands. Just large enough for 1 person for a week stay. Great kitchen amenities. Lovely garden and pool and wonderful to walk around the neighborhood. I needed a quiet place to think and write and this place was perfect. Highly recommend.」
