「Accommodations were quite ordinary, could use a bit of sprucing up as the carpets were a bit worn and tired. Was very difficult to keep the window and sliding doors free from condensation so didn’t always get a good view. Also having to climb 23 steps with all our bags was rough. It would have been good to know this was a possibility or requirement when we were booking. 」

「Wonderful position with a view over the Derwent river. Squeezy parking and wouldnt cope with a large vehicle or a van. The road in would be difficult with a van and no area to turn around. No problems if youre just travelling in a car.」

「A perfect start to our holiday in Tasmania. Sandy Bay is a beautiful location: handy to shops, a lovely walk or a short bus ride to Salamanca and the city, easy drive to other attractions. James made us feel very welcome and we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The unit is in an older building but is nicely furnished. Lovely to have a little courtyard area and garden at either end of the unit. A pleasant, quiet little unit! 」
