「Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms, wonderful finishes, and spectacular views over Gjirokastër and the valley. The main drawback is the hilltop location: walking to and from the Old Town is extremely steep, so you will likely rely on taxis, which adds some friction if you want to explore frequently. The staff are friendly and genuinely helpful, though service can feel somewhat unpolished. The food is okay, but I found the restaurants in the Old Town much better. Overall, a lovely place to stay...
